About myself
New to Bigger Pockets. Im a young entrepreneur looking to connect with investors, lenders, realtors and wholesalers in the greater Los Angeles area to help me invest in my first property. I'm looking to house hack a multi family property in west LA (Hollywood, Larchmont, Fairax District, West Hollywood and surrounding areas). I'm also interested in OOS markets if the numbers are right and I find a good team to collaborate with. Im always open to tips, tricks, education and book recommendations.
