I currently work as Vice President - Sales and Marketing with United Real Estate Ventures, LLC. I am looking for investors or investment groups interested in purchasing Bulk REO packages. I have multiple direct contacts with lenders and builders, light rehab to new construction builder bailouts ranging in 45-65% of current value. I am always looking for more direct buyers AND sellers.
