Currently I work full time as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes, a sub-entity of NVR, Inc., contributing to the construction of new homes. I've earned an MBA, with a concentration in Marketing from the Hood College Graduate Program. I am looking to build a real estate portfolio of buy and hold rental properties, focusing on small to medium B and C class multi family properties ("mom and pop", value added).
