Nadia Gray

Hi there! We’re Nadia and Raphael, a husband-and-wife team diving into real estate investing. I’m a Southern native who discovered my passion for renovations after turning my hurricane-damaged 2BD/1BA into a 3BD/2BA — now a rental since early 2025! Raphael’s from New York and just starting to build his portfolio as we focus on investing in my hometown down South. I spent 10 years as an educator and now work as a nanny while pursuing my New York real estate license to better understand the market. We’re here to connect, learn, and grow with this amazing community of investors!
