Nalan Bollschweiler

Blue collar welder working too much and wanting out of the rat race. Have a best friend that had been trying to get me to follow him into rentals for last few years. Kinda wish I wasn't so thick headed and done this sooner but it's life. So here I am on awesome bigger pockets listening to audio books trying not to be the 80% that never makes an attempt at buying the first. So I apologize now if I ask a lot of questions I'm more a hands on guy so this is on the other end for me till I get use to it. Repetition, repetition and coffee!
