About myself
Hello to all. My name is Eric Mitchell. I am a newbie in the world of RE Investing. I've read plenty of articles and listened to plenty of podcasts, now I am ready to get started. I just got approved for a VA loan. Since I don't currently own, I am looking to buy my 1st home. I have been sending letters out to pre-foreclosures. I haven't got any response yet but I know that this is a numbers game. They are out there. I just have to find them. I am excited to further my education in this forum. I would like to thank everyone in advance for your support.
