Hi there! I just recently got into the real estate field, though I've been meaning to get in it for the past couple of years. Why now? Just finished reading "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller, and doing the numbers, I don't see why everyone isn't in real estate. It seems that if you follow the formula, be a little conservative for "bad, horrible, terrible days", you can grow your net worth predictably. I have a goal to acquire a particular property in Chicago within the next 10 years, and want to grow my capital via real estate to get there. I have knowledge, and want to apply it to gain experience, and am open to advice people have in flipping real estate. See you on the forums!
