About myself
I am a businessman and entrepreneur with a small real estate portfolio. Of all investment opportunities available, and I partake in many, my real estate investments is something I want to dramatically improve upon. Currently, I am most interested in buying commercial properties that needs revamped/remodeled. I am a GC as well and own a construction business, and would like to incorporate this to increase profitability of the investment (paying only "at cost" for all materials and labor).
