Nathan Stevens

I come from the world of finance in which I was a financial advisor, and there was no better feeling than receiving a call from a client that you’ve worked with some time ago telling you how much you truly helped them. My financial background allows me to look at things differently than many other realtors. Whether it is in buying, selling, or investing, the approach that will always be taken is one that is meant to benefit you for years to come. I was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. I met my wife, Sarah in college at Ohio University (Go Bobcats!) in Athens, OH where I studied criminology; I went into finance instead of going the criminal justice path and worked for Charles Schwab and PNC. We moved to Charlotte and we absolutely love the area! We are extremely happy that we took the leap and made the move. I am an avid sports fan, and my love for Cleveland sports should show how persistent I am despite times looking tough! I'm joining BiggerPockets because I've learned so much from listening to it's podcasts even before I joined the industry. For that, I would like to give back as much as I can!
