I've completed multiple full remodels in the last year, and just secured an investor to fund flips. Recently completed the class to be able to test for my home inspector's license. I’m a remodeler/contractor with a broad range of construction and non-construction skills. I’ve worked as a retail sales manager, and as a private custom jeweler before focusing on property improvement. Being self employed, real estate has always been my retirement plan. After doing a lot of work in 2019 on other people’s properties (apartment complexes, vacation rentals, flips, resort condos, single and multi-family) and trying to learn from the owners, I’ve realized now is the time to focus on real estate investment.
