Hi. My name is Nathan. Originally from Westerville, OH, now sharing my time between Ohio and Texas! I currently work in the Protective Services & Investigations Industry as a Chief Investigator. However, I have always had an entrepreneur mindset and spirit, and previously started 2 businesses that I am not afraid to say didn't work out! Fortunately, I learned a lot from those experiences and have gained more knowledge over the years and in my 3rd venture! Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is to provide myself with the wealth and freedom I deserve while also providing clean, safe properties to others! My biggest passion is to use my creative and organizational skills to provide housing, vacation rentals, and other types of living spaces to the general public. No matter if it is a tiny home in the city, a barndominium on acreage, or a modern ranch out west! I want to make sure it is the perfect place to call home!
