Hi all! I am currently 24 years old, married for 3 years and have two awesome boys. I work at a sales job where God has blessed me with a great income and my wife has her own business. Looking to broaden my investments and get into real estate. Mainly interested in long term buy-and-hold rentals. Not specific to single family or multi family but I do like the idea of multi family to build a cash flow large enough where I can leave my job and give more attention to my family and whatever God has next for me.
