Nathan Herber

Founder of Cornerstone Community Capital, Registered Architect, LEED AP, NCARB Nathan is a licensed architect in New York and South Carolina and a LEED Accredited Professional with 14 years of experience in commercial and mixed-used real estate developments. His background in architecture involves advancing projects from city entitlements to construction administration, leading teams as a project manager, and has a technical understanding of the building sciences. His primary area of expertise was managing the architecture and engineering teams for clients such as Brookfield, Related, Vornado Realty Trust and other REIT’s developing large scale retail lifestyle centers. He recently has shifted into the real estate industry working with a brokerage team in the industrial sector as a project manager. In addition, he is a dedicated client representative developing feasibility studies, lease/purchase analysis, site investigations, and early phase performance specifications and architectural drawings. Known to be a proactive leader, Nathan values personal rapport and maintains a firm sense of integrity. He lives in Greenville, SC, with his wife and four-year-old son.
