Finance manager living in Chattanooga Tennessee. My wife and I started our real estate journey by purchasing a condo down in Costa Rica. After this purchase, we looked at our finances and decided that moving out of the Bay Area was the best decision we could make for our future. Now in Chattanooga we are looking for buy and hold properties using any combination of BRRRR, traditional financing, partnerships, etc. As I work in the accounting/finance industry for a mortgage bank and servicer, I've had plenty of exposure to the mortgage side of the business and have built several models for analyzing properties in areas of interest using both traditional and hard money financing. And would be more than willing to work with others to help in this area of their business. My wife and I look to close our first Stateside property this year in Chattanooga. We are looking for properties in the 20-80k either SFR or Multi-family that need rehabbing. We're planning on using the BRRRR method. Want to meet any investors in the area and see if I can provide any help where it is needed.
