Southern Californian born and raised. United States Marine with one deployment to Iraq. Moved out to Oklahoma with my girlfriend (now wife!) after graduating from Cal State Long Beach, and now residing in South Carolina. Owner and operator of The Expert Home Buyers, one of the premier home buying companies in the CSRA. We are primarily a buy and hold company, but depending on the asset we will flip, wholesale or even wholetail. We let the numbers of the deal tell us what is best and go from there. In addition to real estate investing, Nathaniel is an avid proponent of being in the stock market as well. Owning some large named companies that you would recognize, some smaller ones you might not, and index funds that track the S&P and DJI. Experience: I owned a condo in Garden Grove California before selling it and moving to Oklahoma. This got me started into real estate investing and have never looked back. Real Estate Goals: Focused on growing our buy and hold portfolio. We set quarterly goals of purchasing 2 rental homes per quarter and continuing to buy and sell other homes that don't meet our specific rental desires.
