Nathaniel Lee Brown Jr

I’m new at investing. I have not made my first deal yet. I’m grateful to find this community. Hope to learn, assist, and find a little guidance within the community. I’m currently looking to find deals part time. Any training, tips, or advice is greatly welcomed. I’m from the LA area but open to work in other areas. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you
