Nathaniel Ortiz

Austin born and raised! Started my "investing" journey in 2016, when I learned how to fix phones. My journey starts when realized I could make my own hustle while still in school fixing phones outside of working for somebody. I then began to raise my capital by buying broken phones, refurbishing them, then flipping for a profit! Years later, as I continue my business education through Texas State University; I began to really think hard of what I vision my ultimate career in life be. I love investing for that it gives you the freedom to enjoy life, while growing your money in different creative ways. I then discovered Real-estate is the perfect match for me. In essence, real estate investing and my phone flipping business are under the same financial principles but obviously on a way bigger scale, and includes more intimidating lawsuits and financial risks. Yet here I am, an optimist and opportunist, pursuing my passion in investing through real estate :) .
