Nathan James Smithee

Hello! I'm a newbie looking for my first multi-family to start my real-estate investing career. For my day job, I'm a electrician for Local 1 IBEW. When my 8 hours is over, I focus on my commercial pressure washing company. Usually doing jobs until sun down. I have the drive and ambition to achieve just about anything I set my mind to. My hopes in real estate are to be a buy and hold investor particularly in multi familys. I'm very excited to explore this new path of income and financial freedom!
