Nathan McIntire

I have been in and around construction and construction management side of real estate for 20+ years now. Received my degree for construction management right here in Columbus. Have worked as Superintendent for a custom home builder in central Ohio and commercial builder predominately on the East Coast and Midwest. I have recently started to make the transition of gearing myself more towards what I am more passionate about. Real estate investment. Recently received licensing through the state of Ohio as a home inspector. Hoping between a more flexible schedule and a much more driven attitude towards making a real and genuine life change. I want to meet and rub elbows with like-minded people.
