Been a real estate investor since 05. 9 doors, always looking and preparing for more Experience: 1 duplex and 7 single family investments Real Estate Goals: This year I want to create an LLC, and buy at least one more 2 family but very soon I would like to figure out how to buy multi unit buildings, eventually leading to apartment buildings and creating enough passive income to retire from me regular job. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for the nudge I need to point me in the right direction. I don't really have anyone to go to for advice and have figured everything out from scratch. A mentor or anyone with a substantial amount of properties in my area would be amazing!
