I became an "investor" during the crash when we were upside down in our current home but wanted to "move up" for our family home. We rented out our home and found a great deal on a foreclosed property. As expected, markets rebounded and our investments paid off. I'd consider myself a novice REI and novice landlord. We've added some industrial property to our portfolio and are always looking for additional opportunities. We recently relocated to the Nashville area and I'd like to network with contractors, brokers experienced in investment properties, wholesalers, and other investors in the area.
