San Diego native! Grew up in North County San Diego, been living in Logan Heights since 2013. I’m an artist and a musician. I work as a wood shop tech in a university art department and do freelance audio engineering and freelance fabrication and carpentry gigs! Been unknowingly house hacking for 7 years! Currently planning a redevelopment of my property from a large SFR to a Fourplex! Construction to start sometime August 2020. My goal is to be a developer. I want my focus to be on well designed, beautifully crafted multi-unit housing. Looking for any advise on development! Always looking for new people to chat with and meet in the real estate world!
