Software automation engineer working with modern web technologies. I currently hold three properties: (1) condo used as a traditional rental (2) rent-by-the-room single family house (3) single family house that is being converted to a furnished mid-term rental. The portfolio I am building consists of investing in multifamily properties while continuing to house-hack/live-in flip.
