Living the dream on the Big Island of Hawai'i. I started by purchasing my first home in Temecula, CA at 21. I rented the bedrooms, and lived in the master. I did that until it was time for me to move on. I now hold and rent long term, never paying a penny on my mortgage. Along with $200/mo cash flow. I remotely manage my property and I am looking to start building my portfolio exponentially in the next year with the help of everyone here on Bigger Pockets! I do have a FT job, which I love. I sell vacations, to people on vacation, in the vacation capital of the world!! Best job ever! I am looking for REI to supplement my 'early retirement plan'.
