I have done around 50 wholesale deals over the past 5 years, flipped 6 properties, and currently own 4 rental properties. I decided to become a real estate agent to help traditional buyers and sellers after accumulating years of experience doing the hardest and grittiest part of real estate transactions. For buyers the most difficult part of the transaction is sourcing off market opportunities, analyzing the numbers to see if it is a good deal, and negotiating with the seller to create a win win solution. My hands on experience with my own flips and wholesale deals has helped me understand the costs of repairs and the process of hiring contractors to get work completed. With these tools, I am more experienced than 90% of real estate agents. For sellers, the true value I bring to the table is understanding what their needs are. After speaking with thousands of homeowners over the last 5 years I know the needs of sellers more than most. I have handled the most challenging deals from probate, divorce, foreclosure, hoarders, drug addicts, destructive tenants, houses that need full remodels, and of course the normal situations like relocation, upsizing, downsizing, and more.
