Nayt Grochowski

My primary background is as an internet entrepreneur, with over 20 years of development, architecture, and management experience. I have built hundreds of websites and applications and have helped launched half a dozen start-ups, with success in over half. Besides owning my own personal properties, I owned a few rental properties from 1997 and sold them during the boom in 2004. Having worked for myself for over 20 years, along with a flexible schedule, I feel it is time to expand on my experience and return to investing in real estate.
