Hi everyone, I'm a new investor who bought, renovated and rented out my first property in Detroit. I'm currently located in Madison, WI, and will be looking to make some moves in the surrounding markets this year. My current job is in commercial construction, and I'm planning to move into real estate sales as I begin to find properties to renovate and rent or flip.
