About myself
Investor & Engineer. I've been studying real estate investing for years, and will finally be purchasing my first property in NC in 2018! New to the game, but I'm a fast learner, live on less than 1/3 my income, and plan on doing all renovations myself. Looking for partners, mentors, & contacts in the triad area. I firmly believe that community and trusted contacts are essential in real estate.
