Nellie Bentz

Relative newbie. Interested in multifamilies, house hacking, STR, BRRRR, and out of state investing. Currently getting my duplex ready to fully rent. It's been a big learning experience.Trying to build up my education to avoid making the same mistakes on the next house. I'm looking to network with and learn from other investors and real estate professionals, particularly in New Hampshire.
