Rental Property Investor
I am a full time professional engineer by trade licensed in GA, VA, and MD, and part time passive investor. I have invested in real estate since 2006 and have flipped 4 single family properties and bought and rented 2 properties, all of which I have liquidated. I am currently looking to invest passively in commercial real estate.
