My wife and I bought our first house in Happy Valley in 2013. Got my real estate agent license in 2015. Started as a broker but quickly became more interested in investor side of things. Done a couple flips since. Now I am more into buy and hold. Experience: I bought my first home in 2013, didn't know how the industry works back then, so I did all the search myself, with the help of my wife. We ended up buying one of the big builders' home, we found the floor plan we like and we negotiated the deal ourselves.
