Born, raised and currently reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I am a General Manager of a big box electronics retailer directly responsible for net operating profit of a $50M+ business with 100+ employees. I've been "Moonlighting" in Real Estate over the last 3 years or so. I started by purchasing my second house and deciding to rent my previous house out to build wealth through principle pay down and cash flow. Heavily influenced by reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad a few years earlier and the BP Podcast. My amazing wife Amy and children Aiden and Tess are my WHY.
