I'm looking to get in to the game any way possible. I first got the bug back in 2003 when I came across a real estate book on using OPM to purchase property. Back then, everything sounded too good to be true and I ran in to a lot of gurus. I came across BP and ever since I have been researching and listening to podcasts on here. Every day I drive past multi-million dollar houses, on purpose, to remind myself that I will own one of these some day. I may be a dreamer but I'm looking to take action. I live in San Diego so I will need more than just my pension and 401k to retire.
