Hello! I’m a elevator technician in the Washington D.C. area to pay the bills. I’m also a youth pastor and founder of a charity that specializes in providing access to clean water to underserved communities in developing countries, specifically in West Africa. I’ve decided that investing in real estate is going to be the quickest way to replace my income in the next decade, freeing me to do more of what I love to do in life and less of what I have to do to pay my bills. That’s the plan and that why I’m here.
