Hi, I'm Nicholas Mineo, a seasoned lender with over 50 lending relationships, specializing in investor loans. New to real estate investing, I'm particularly interested in the BRRR strategy. I currently own a couple of rental properties (acquired via house hacking) and am eager to expand my portfolio.
