Nicholas Kangos

I am 23 years old and brand new to the real estate industry. I recently bought a condo that is in a great location and is in a great rental market with a number of value add opportunities around the neighborhood. I am currently living in and fixing up this place to rent it in a little over a year. I have finally found a career path that I can be passionate about that will afford me the lifestyle that I aspire to achieve. I am currently working full time to build a solid financial foundation and immersing myself in the education stage on this new career path; indulging in the BP podcast whenever possible and pouring over the literature. I continue to drive my town and note addresses of distressed property to analyze and eventually pursue when I find the capital or partners. I want to pursue a career in real estate to build a portfolio of cash-flowing properties multi-family and commercial properties.
