Nicholas Willey

My better half and I are new real estate investors to the greater Portland Maine area. We are currently in the market for a small multi-family opportunity to house hack, and looking to network with other Mainers in the business. We both were both raised to have a frugal mindset and to aspire to achieve. We plan to do just that through our evolving investment strategy. By day my profession is Structural Engineering. This has given me the education needed to identify potential issues and costly repairs in home construction. I welcome the opportunity to offer my opinion to those interested.
