Nichole Rich Byrne

My life was directed to always go the “safe” route, despite coming from a family of entrepreneurs and commercial real estate investors. I’ve spent 20+ years in public schools working my way from teacher to administrator after earning my Ph.D. in Education. Despite buying my first condo when I was 26 and selling it 3 years later for a $45k profit, I never went the route of real estate. Even though it was something I always knew I wanted to do. My husband, a licensed contractor, has 30+ years’ experience in the construction field. He has built spec homes, done remodels, and framing. We are finally moving into the rental side of things with our first rental in Southwest Florida and getting our house on Cape Cod ready to rent. We’re looking forward to building this next phase of life as we cruise towards retirement.
