I currently serve as the asset manager for Beeker Property Group in Tuscaloosa, AL. I oversee the management of 250 apartment units and well as over 200,000 square feet of retail space. I'm responsible for the overall performance of our portfolio as well as the multifamily acquisition strategy. We are currently pursuing off-market opportunities throughout the southeast, consisting of pre-1990 construction with no less than 75 units.
