Nick Abraham

Originally from Columbus, Ohio Nicholas graduated from the #2 ranked public high school in the country. He then went on to graduate with a B.S in economics & finance and a minor in business administration from Florida Southern College, a top 100 undergrad program while working for two fortune 500 companies. Upon graduation Nicholas raised a quarter of a million dollar investment and built an 8 figure solar company responsible for over 3 megawatts of annual energy production. Over the last few years he has worked to help raise funds and became a licensed real estate professional in Florida and North Carolina. Most recently, Nicholas launched MI Capital, a privately held real estate company that combines his unique skill sets of solar, fundraising and real estate to focus on the acquisition of small to mid sized multifamily assets with solar value add opportunities.
