About myself
Experience with house hacking, flipping, and own a few SFH rentals in the Triangle area. Looking to connect with wholesalers for either fix and flip or BRRR. I'm also a licensed real estate agent offering up to $2,000 in closing cost assistance to investor buyers and 5% total sales commission to sellers. Born and raised in the SF Bay Area but am passionate about the amazing opportunities presented in the Triangle.
