Construction Manager by day, rental property investor at all other times. I am a young professional working to build my passive income thru real estate investing while helping to build my community and those around me. I Bought my first house in 2013 and have been house hacking it ever since. I have now just completed my first BRRRR with the exception of the last "R", working to repeating now. By day I develop construction management software for multi million/billion dollar construction projects diving into the business intelligence and analytics. This has helped out tremendously as it has allowed me to create my own calculator to quickly analyze and compare deals using lean methods. I worked my way thru the construction industry starting as an aerospace welder, moving into the quality world, then schedule integration and now software development. The skills I have picked up allowed for smooth mix of self performed and contracted remodel on my first BRRRR. I performed all demo, electrical, flooring, paint and final touches while contracting out plumbing, framing/dry wall, doors/windows, and landscaping. I am very excited for my new ventures and this BP community. I am looking for my next... interested in SF distressed properties in Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa.
