I stumbled upon BP as I've started realizing I'm not getting any younger and it’s time to really start thinking about wealth planning and retirement. Knowing that buying a home is typically step one, I began casually researching. Often seeing things about investing in real estate. While the idea of appreciation and real estate speculation seems as mysterious and boring as stocks and bonds… The idea of buy and hold rental income grabbed me immediately!
