I'm a Licensed Condominium Manager for a Property Management company. I'm looking to buy my first income property in the next year. My current strategy is to buy a condo unit, because it seems like the shallow end of the pool in terms of maintenance and wiring in the industry in aware of the risks of condos and how they can be mitigated.
