Nick Elder

Nick Elder is a Real Estate & Venture Capital Investor, Capital Raiser & Investor Relations Officer, Connector, and an adrenaline junkie who loves to travel the world. Nick's diverse background began in the pharmaceutical industry successfully selling various products including a billion dollar, blockbuster product used in the treatment of anaphylaxis. From here, he transitioned to the Healthcare GPO space serving as a National Account Manager and a consultant to Long Term Care Pharmacies within a nine-state territory that generated $400M in sales per year. While looking for opportunities to further his development as a leader, he was recruited to lead the sales efforts for a startup CBD company. He led a team of 18 brokers and closed over 100 new accounts during his time at this company while navigating the complex COVID environment and a sudden rise and fall of the CBD/hemp industry. Within those early years of his career, he started to realize his passion for real estate. After acquiring two house hacks in the Denver market within two years, he became intrigued about the world of private equity, multifamily real estate, and the power of scale in pooling investor capital to close deals much bigger than one can do alone. Through this passion and building his network, he was recruited to play a major role in Investor Relations and capital raising at Ironton Capital. Ironton Capital raised nearly $30M in the second half of 2022 and is on track to raise at least $60M across five funds in 2023. He works with physicians, attorneys, and other busy professionals who are looking to accumulate more wealth through passive investing in off-market and unadvertised real estate deals via Ironton Capital's National Diversified Funds and Short-Term Income Fund. Outside of his professional life, Nick is a world traveler and outdoorsman. Having traveled to over 22 countries in the last 8 years, he believes in the importance of immersing himself in other cultures and traveling to far-away places. Some of his favorite experiences include diving with Great White Sharks in Gansbaii, South Africa, attending the World Cup in Qatar and off-roading in the desert at sunrise, and traveling around South East Asia in his early 20s. He's skied all over Colorado and Montana, and climbed 23 of the tallest peaks in Colorado. Constantly pushing the limits of your comfort zone is a daily mantra of his and it shows in both his personal and professional life.
