Welcome to my Profile! I'm from Hoover, AL (35244) and have been living in the Birmingham-metro Area for 15+ years. I have personally been involved in several rental properties throughout Birmingham particularly focusing on high cashflow rentals with low appreciation under $30,000. I am a "new investor" (less than 5 years) currently looking to build relationships with buyers and other newbie/experienced investors in the Metro-Birmingham Area!
