About myself
I purchase foreclosed properties 30-50% below market value, and assign or sell that property to investors. After the sale I do all that is nessesary, (rehab, list with realtor, show etc.), to sell the property to a home buyer, at fair market value for the investor, yielding the investor maximum profits.
