I'm knowledgeable about real estate investment but I only have a couple vacation rentals for a couple months experience wise. I've read every book that Biggerpockets had published and several others and my YouTube subscription pages are nothing but REI related videos. I have a strong work ethic and have quite a bit of time on my hands to apply it. So I have two of the three sides of the "strong partnership" triangle,now all I need is the third (money/credit for those not familiar with the biggerpockets books). If you're looking for a partnership with a newbie but smarty then you found him. My current strategy is pretty focused on starting with a lease option for my first property so if that is an option for you then I'll be patiently waiting for you in my inbox.
