About myself
I am an engineer looking for long term rentals in the Midwest (Quad Cities IA, Rochester MN) I have two single-family long-term rentals in the Quad Cities Iowa area. One was purchased through a wholesaler (needed work) and one was a private deal (more turnkey). I am a numbers guy; I enjoy analyzing deals and trying to think creatively to try to make things work. I like to get into the details and find it fascinating how many business opportunities there are in real estate.
