Nick Kenrick

I'm a mechanical engineer at a medical device company in Silicon Valley. I'm seeking to acquire a number of long term by-and-hold properties out of state via the BRRRR strategy. Living in Silicon Valley is expensive, but it's where my roots are, it's where my family is, and it's where my home is. My dream is to buy a decent house on the peninsula and raise my kids there, but even on an Engineer's salary, that's difficult in the area. I'd like to start building some passive income to work towards this dream, and maybe even quit my day job. I hope we can work together soon.
